The Club had the distinct pleasure to welcome retired Minister Revd.John Arthur to join them for lunch on the 18th of December 2009 where he delivered a very appropriate Christmas message to those Rotarians present. In addition to this President Ray Porrelli requested that he act as sole judge to our annual Christmas tie competition. In so doing John selected Ian Macphersons's tie as the winner. Ian was then provided with a bottle of fine wine gifted by Rotarian & Past President Edwin Robertson.
